Meaning of the title: "A Lullaby about Wojtuś"
A lullaby from the first half of the 20th century. My mother used to sing it to me when I was a child. A short story in the style of rural folklore. The original title is Bajka Iskierki (The Fairy Tale of Sparks) by Janina Porazińska. The illustration and part of the typography were made with charcoal. The medium used gives the lullaby a dark tone and refers to the ash pan.

Kołysanka z pierwszej połowy XX wieku. Gdy byłam dzieckiem, śpiewała mi ją mama. Krótka opowieść w klimacie folkloru wiejskiego. Tytuł rodzimy to Bajka Iskierki autorstwa Janiny Porazińskiej. Ilustracja i część typografii wykonana została węglem drzewnym. Użyte medium nadaje kołysance mroku jak i nawiązuje do tytułowego popielnika.
